Positive: Staff were fantastic., very helpful and friendly.
Negative: My room/villa was a long, long way from Reception, which was very difficult to get to and from each day with a heavy sports bag. Whilst the staff went out of their way to find a golf buggy, it wasn't always possible to either find spare staff or a spare buggy. Consequently I wrecked one of the wheels on my sporting bag when I had to drag it to Reception; The quality of the food in the Restaurant wasn't good and was generally slow. Also the menu options were not tempting and often food came out cold; I had to ask for an extra blanket 3 times before it came. I ordered one extra towel, was delivered one towel, one facewasher and one bath mat - the latter two items I did not request, yet they were put on my bill to pay for.
Summary: Some parts excellent, some parts just fair.
